Press & Media
Available for comment. Honest about the rest.
This is a working press page, not a trophy wall. I am available to reporters and producers for comment on Central Kentucky housing, the Lexington–Richmond corridor, Red River Gorge cabin and short-term-rental questions, and rural land topics. You will find my expertise areas, how to reach me on deadline, and a bio available on request. What you will not find are borrowed logos or inflated coverage claims — the brand is new and this page says so.
What this page is — and is not
Many agent press pages are a wall of network logos implying coverage that was often a paid placement. I am not doing that. This practice is newly built, and rather than manufacture a highlight reel I am publishing the thing a working journalist actually needs: what I can speak to with authority, how fast I can respond, and how to reach me directly. As genuine coverage accumulates it will be listed here with links and dates. Until then, treat this as a source page — because that is what it is.
Available for comment. Honest about the rest.

Topics I can speak to
My ground truth runs along one corridor: Lexington and Richmond housing, the small towns between them, and the Red River Gorge cabin and short-term-rental market — the last of these informed by my role as publisher of investinthegorge.com, which I disclose in any comment on that area. I can also speak to rural land and farm transactions, estate and distinctive-property sales, and what relocation into Central Kentucky looks like on the ground. On anything requiring current figures, I quote sourced, dated numbers or decline — the same rule my research program runs on.
Speaking and panels
I take a limited number of speaking engagements — chamber and civic groups, investor meetups, university classes, and industry panels — on corridor market conditions, Gorge-area ownership, and how a solo practice uses research as its backbone. If your audience needs a speaker who will bring dated data and plain conclusions rather than a listing pitch, I am a fit; if you need motivational content, I am cheerfully not. Enquire through the contact page with your date, format, and audience, and I will answer within two business days.
Bio, headshot, and facts on request
A short professional bio, a longer narrative version, and a current headshot are available on request — email or text (859) 310-1209 and I will send the packet the same day. For fact-checking: I am a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Commonwealth, based in Beattyville and working Lexington, Richmond, Central Kentucky, and the Red River Gorge. I also own Central Property Services, a property repair company, and publish investinthegorge.com — both interests I expect journalists to note where relevant, and I will flag them unprompted. The fuller story is on the about page.
Deadlines and ground rules
Text is the fastest way to reach me on deadline; I can usually comment same-day and can often turn a quote in an hour. I will speak on the record by default, tell you when a question is outside my competence, and point you to a better source when one exists. I do not comment on specific clients or active transactions, and I will not characterize any neighborhood in terms of the people who live there — property, place, and transaction are my lanes, and they are plenty.
Common Questions
Have you been featured in major media outlets?
Not yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. When coverage happens it will be listed here with the outlet, date, and link so you can verify it. In the meantime, my published market reports and Gorge coverage at investinthegorge.com are the best public record of how I think.
What makes you a credible source on the Gorge market?
I publish investinthegorge.com, a site covering Red River Gorge ownership and the cabin market, and I transact in that market as an agent — a dual role I disclose in every relevant comment. That combination of ongoing coverage and direct practice is the credential; judge it by the published work.
Can you provide data for a story on deadline?
Often, yes. If the figures exist in my current corridor report I can send them immediately with sources and dates attached. If your question needs fresh numbers, tell me the deadline and I will either deliver dated data in time or say plainly that I cannot — no undated estimates, ever.
Background on the practice lives on the about page, and the research behind any quote lives in the market intelligence program.
