Dream Home Finder — Tell Me What You’re Looking For

You describe it once; I search for it continuously — including properties that never make it to the portals.

How This Works

Text or call me your wishlist — even half-formed. I log it, and from then on every match I see gets flagged to you: new listings, price drops, expired listings worth reviving, and the word-of-mouth properties that never get a sign. No forms, no drip campaign, no spam funnel. Just a person hunting for you.

Build Your Wishlist

The ten things I’ll ask: price ceiling, counties you’d consider, minimum acreage, beds and baths, condition tolerance (move-in only, or will you renovate?), must-haves, deal-breakers, timeline, financing status, and what you’re leaving behind. Ten answers turn browsing into a search.

Why This Beats Portal Alerts

Portals show what’s listed. An agent search adds what’s about to list, what expired and might sell quietly, what another agent mentioned over coffee, and the corridor coverage the big sites map badly — rural parcels, cabins, and land especially. The best properties out here have always traded on relationships.

The Rural Extras

Zillow’s filters can’t ask about well and septic tolerance, road frontage, internet options, barn requirements, or whether you can live with a shared gravel drive. I can — and in this corridor those answers eliminate more properties than price does.

Get Pre-Approved in Parallel

A wishlist with a lender letter behind it is actionable the day the right property surfaces. The pre-approval guide covers it, and I’ll introduce you to licensed lenders who know rural Kentucky — I’m your agent, not your lender.
