Why Curation
Every portal shows the same five hundred listings sorted by recency. What they can’t do is judgment: which small farm has the good fencing, which campus street holds value at graduation, which cabin’s driveway survives February. These collections are short lists maintained by hand — properties that pass a specific test, delivered personally, updated as the market moves. It is deliberately low-tech; the technology is the taste.

Not necessarily — collections draw from the whole market, whoever holds the listing, because curation serves the buyer. Where I have any interest in a property or a related business, that gets disclosed in writing, every time.
